This policy describes how Vynnter (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through vynnter.com. We collect the minimum we need to respond to you, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising.

Information we collect

• Contact form details: your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, and the project information you choose to share. We use these solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• Email correspondence: anything you send to [email protected] is retained as part of normal business correspondence.
• How you found us: when you submit the contact form, we also record the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. Until you submit, this lives only in your browser's session storage (never a cookie), and we use it solely to understand which of our channels work.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking.
• No sale or rental of personal information.
• No marketing emails unless you explicitly ask to hear from us.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. If we adopt privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in the future, this policy will be updated the same week.

Data retention

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement (including spam) are permanently deleted 12 months after they are closed. For engagements we win, personal details (name, email address, phone number, and message contents) are removed 24 months after completion; only non-personal business records (company name, project type, budget band) are retained. Enquiries that are never closed have their personal details removed after 24 months without activity, so nothing is kept indefinitely by oversight. These schedules run automatically. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time, effective immediately.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
